Our Tax Professional friends, strongly suggest is that ALL the documents that are part of this Adventure (short term rental denver), be gathered in one location. That includes:

• - Settlement Papers
• - Loan Documents
• - Real Estate Documents
• - All receipts
• - Important papers
• - etc.

These items will be requested by Your Tax Professional to be used as they prepare Your income tax return, or for future reference. The Escrow Company usually gives you an organizer for the papers that are part of this Real Estate transaction. A little time “gathering” these items together now, will be greatly appreciated in the future!

Your Children may be interested in knowing that many children in the Denver area have moved here themselves. The Children and the Teachers are a little friendlier, maybe go out of their way to help Your “Little People” feel comfortable. They have gone “through it” themselves.

It is important to point out here is that this “Formal Paperwork” process does not the complete our friendship. We are here at this point to help, encourage and be Your friend, and we ask that You consider us Your Friend. That means, call us!
